The Communications Lead will focus on the overall global communication planning, strategy and execution as it relates to the Supply Chain Transformation efforts. Ensure entire organization is receiving the right level of information at the right time through all project phases.

Candidate should possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization. Ability to take complex ideas/information and organize it in a simplified manner that’s clear and easily understandable.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated global communication strategies.
  • Proactively communicate with the global business community regarding supply chain transformation activities and progress.
  • Design internal marketing campaign to create awareness and excitement around project activities and status.
  • Excels at managing transition while exhibiting flexibility and patience.
  • Think creatively and recognize new avenues of communication.
  • High Level of professionalism
  • Able to effectively communicate (written and verbal) to all levels of the org.
  • Collaborate with extended transition and training teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with preferred emphasis in communications or marketing
  • 8+ years of internal or external communications experience
  • Experience in large scale global ERP implementations or change initiatives, Global project management and Corporate Communications
  • Utilize superior communication, organization and presentation skills
  • Possess knowledge of supply chain implementation phases
  • Ability to work effectively across wide range of management, teams and cultures/regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills and attention to detail required
  • Mental ability to conduct interpersonal interactions with retailers and other company personnel. Ability to operate independently and follow general guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of change management concepts and best practices
  • High proficiency in using desktop tools for communications and analysis (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and Publisher)
