Process Manager - Supply Chain

As our Supply Chain Process Manager, (2 open positions) you’ll lead the creation of supply chain processes for one of our multiple global apparel and equipment business models (Always Available or Quick Turn). You’ll collaborate with business partners throughout the Nike supply chain including global planning, manufacturing, regional planning, sales, operations and finance to grow revenue and profitability through the development and implementation of these models. You’ll leverage your understanding of the apparel business and supply chain along with your strong project management skills this to craft industry leading supply chain processes. You’ll balance business and strategic plans with tactical realities regarding the processes and systems. You’ll develop and drive roll out plans for the new supply chain model including the physical design (location and amount of inventory across links in the supply chain), the operational design (who, what, when, and how to execute the processes), design sustainability (training, metrics, policies, and information systems support), ramp up timelines (scope prioritization vs cost and capability), and expected benefit (net effect on inventory, expenses, and revenues, ROI). In addition, you’ll ensure project timelines and deliverables are clearly outlined, communicated, and tracked to achieve success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, supply chain consulting, supply or demand planning and/or strategic planning
- 2 additional years’ experience in lieu of degree
- Understanding of end to end supply chain processes including product creation processes and retail marketplace
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in local market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations
- Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
- Ability to effectively elevate strategic concerns to senior management in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to develop strong working relationships across a broad set of stakeholder groups
- Sound judgment and ability to provide direction toward the determination of policy and strategy
- Ability to establish an independent view, effectively collaborate in decision-making, and motivate others, especially during difficult situations or on tough organizational issues
- Financial acumen
- Preferred: experience working in multiple areas within supply chain and implementing change
