Master Scheduler

A leading producer of silicon wafers for the semiconductor industry is in need of a Master Scheduler within our Supply Chain / Logistics organization.

We are currently seeking an individual to be responsible for planning, performing, and improving the movement of materials, products, and information through the order fulfillment cycle - from responding to customer inquiries through shipping orders, as well as “forecast to fortune”. Individual will ensure that company production capabilities and capacities are used to maximize customer satisfaction and company profitability. This will include the ability to determine processing instructions for manufacturing and consumable requirements, and related reporting from production and engineering schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with emphasis in Business / Scheduling
• Minimum of six (6) years scheduling or planning experience, preferably in a high-volume, high-precision manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of responsibilities
• Knowledge of workflow analysis, design and documentation, and data models for specs, routes, and schedules
• Knowledge of Just-in-Time and Kanban manufacturing
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite products
• SAP preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate with information
• Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Work effectively within a team environment
• Be flexible to work appropriate hours to complete tasks
