On-Site APICS Training

Many organizations prefer APICS Education offered at their sites to assist their employees in receiving premium training. APICS Portland Chapter of has been the on-site education provider for numerous Portland area companies including Intel, Boeing, Tektronix, Radisys, ESCO, Merix, FLIR, and many others.

These companies have found on-site training to be more cost effective, and increase participation of their employees rather than sending the group to regular evening APICS classes.

APICS Portland Chapter will work with your company to arrange on-site training using one of the APICS many education products:

CPIM - a five course 135 hour program designed to prepare students for CPIM Certification Examinations

CIRM - a five course series of classes designed to offer new managers and supervisors advanced resource management education as well a preparation for the CIRM Certification Examination

Fundamentals - four course series of classes designed to offer students hands-on basic training in Inventory Control, Planning, Manufacturing Controls and Operation Management

Lean Manufacturing - a series of classes that will start your company on the path to implementing Lean.

In addition to the above, the Portland Chapter has several specialized courses, such as Bill-of-Material Applications and many others to offer. We also can to modify the above courses to fit unique situations and/or applications.
