February PDM - A S&OP Planning Success Story
More and more companies are starting to recognize the power of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process but few have really realized it.
Tyco Electronics Medical is one of the few companies that has not only implemented S&OP in its most advance state (Integrated Business Planning) but has achieved
incredible results in less than a year.
This presentation will describe the advanced state of S&OP and show how Tyco Electronics Medical followed the “proven path” to implement S&OP. It will explain
the trials and tribulations they experienced, share their “lessons learned” and reveal their bottom line results.
We are lucky enough to have three speakers presenting the Tyco Success Story: Jim Correll – Principal from Oliver Wight Americas, a global ERP and SCM consulting and education company. Also we will have James Bentzley – Director of Customer Service, and Shannon Patterson – S&OP Coordinator both from Tyco Electronics Medical.
