Portland Chapter earns District Chapter of the Quarter Award!

The Portland Chapter has earned the 3rd highest new membership rate (based on percentages) in the country over the 1st quarter of 2009.
Quarterly awards are awarded to outstanding chapters who have shown increased presence in their local markets based upon memberships, certifications or course offerings. We have now been on this list for 2 out of 3 quarters this board year.
